We are looking for Java candidates at ALL levels for multiple positions to develop and customize our Point of Sale and Back Office solutions. Specific focus on web applications and STRUTS is desired, but not necessary. This position will involve:
- Object Oriented Design (UML, RUP, Patterns, etc.)
- Java User Interface (AWT and Swing), STRUTS and JSP
- J2EE development and application servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, etc.)
- HTML and XML
- JMS Messaging Middleware

Business Analyst
- We are looking for candidates with experience in business analysis to identify and define customer requirements and to act as the focal point with development staff to meet objectives. Ability to perform system configuration of applications that are being deployed is also important. Specific responsibilities include:
- Identify business and technical requirements with customers
- Document gaps between the base product and customer requirements
- Create functional specifications to meet customer requirements
- Configure application/data for specific customer implementations
- Document system configuration
- Exceptional language and communication skills; Excellent listening and problem solving skills required.
- Educate customer training staff on application as necessary
- 3+ years of experience gathering client requirements for software development processes
- Minimum 3 years retail or food service experience with significant exposure to POS or related retail/food service software applications
- Prefer individual with technical and development knowledge
- Exceptional language and communication skills; Excellent listening and problem solving skills required.
- MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- Moderate to high travel position - 40-80%
